Exterior washing and cleaning before painting. Surface condition, access and the equipment needed are assessed before a quote is provided.

Clean paving.
Properly filled joints.
After cleaning, we can replenish the joints with suitable joint sand. The type and grain size are agreed with you and matched to your paving.
- Standard joint sand, or a weed-inhibiting option where suitable.
- Sand is worked into the joints and excess material is swept away.
- Materials are charged by actual use. Labour and any return visit are agreed separately.
The amount depends on joint width, depth and existing fill. Work is scheduled for suitable surface and weather conditions. Any increase beyond the estimate is agreed before continuing.
